We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged during delivery. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we have developed the following refund policy:

Refunds or returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

  1. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and provide us with pictures of the product within the same day of delivery. We will evaluate the situation and provide a refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to accept refunds or returns for the following reasons:

  1. You have changed your mind or no longer want the product.

  2. You have used the product and are unsatisfied with the results.

  3. You have not followed the care instructions provided with the product.

To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team within the same day of delivery with pictures of the damaged or defective product. Our team will evaluate your request and provide instructions on how to return the product or receive a refund.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our refund policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund or return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the product for a new one.

Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 business days to complete, depending on your payment provider's policies.
